Can I mail this to Iraq? Chili and can opener?

My hubby loves a specific brand of chili & I know he would be thrilled for me to mail some to him. I checked the can and it does not contain any pork at all. He has a microwave, but I’m not sure about a can opener. Could I send a small manual can opener as well? Or does his Gerber(knife tool thing) have one on it?

I haven’t been able to find anything saying I can’t mail this, but I wanted to make sure before I did.

Yeah, you can send canned things to Iraq. I have a friend there now and we send him canned soups and chilli all the time. As for the can opener, I dont see why this should be a problem. It’s not a knife or a weapon, it’s a can opener. We have a can opener that’s almost all plastic if the bulk metal item is what’s bothering you about sending it.

And some cans now have those pop tops. A lot of the soup I send has the pop tops. As do things like SpaghettiOs – which I seen men eat cold out of the can… yuck… but you do what you gotta to do.

p.s…. dont forget the chips for the chilli!! LOL!!
