what knives do the rangers use if you know by any chance. i hear that the navy seals use the seal pup or is it the seal team?

Any unit that is under SOCOM is given a decent degree of flexibility regarding their choice of weapons.

There is no such thing as a Green Beret knife or a SEAL knife or any of that nonsense. Especially when it comes to a simple item such as a knife where there is no need for continuation of parts among soliders, each solider will almost definitely have their own personal choice and setup depending on how they are most comfortable running it.
